Lacy, is one of my first sculptures from the Figure Marathon. She represents 3 different female models, the last being Diane. We like to smoosh the clay into different people. Greg Kondos,juror for this competition, said, "She reminded him of an old girlfriend. Also, when he presented her award, "I liked because she looked old." I had used a bronze paint with patina on this ceramic sculpture.
